Description:

This is a full-time position on the Roll Forming team. The operator’s primary responsibility is to set-up and operate the roll forming machines to produce light framing members per specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the proper packaging and labeling of product.

• Maintaining acceptable production levels of roll forming lines.

• Maintaining run logs and completing member travelers.

• Operating a forklift to move product around the facility as needed.

• Stack and package finished product.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Skills for Success:

• Experience setting-up and operating a roll forming machine or similar CNC equipment.

• Must have the mechanical aptitude to be able to troubleshoot and correct issues.

• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.

• Ability to properly use measuring equipment such as calipers, steel rules, and tape measure.

• Forklift experience.


Experience & Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Reliable transportation is a must along with being punctual. Steel-toed shoes are required. Hearing and eye protection are provided by the employer.
