Position Overview: As part of our Tooling Team, you'll be involved in the planning, design, and implementation of tooling, machines, devices, and products for our sister companies within the building sciences. We foster a collaborative environment and offer opportunities to learn new skills and work on a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain CNC machinery, grinders, lathes, and milling machines.

- Take precise measurements and make accurate calculations for manufacturing.

- Develop effective manufacturing plans based on specifications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

- Maintain and repair punch and die tooling.

- Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, production, and quality assurance.

- Maintain detailed records of project progression and equipment maintenance.

Skills for Success:

- Familiarity with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) software and machinery.

- Experience operating grinders, lathes, and milling machines.

- Strong math skills for precise measurements and calculations.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in maintaining and repairing punch and die tooling is a plus.

Experience & Education:

- Hands-on experience in a related field is required.
