Position Overview: Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced steel fabrication equipment, including roll-forming, press-breaks, lasers, welding, and more. As part of our Tooling Team, you'll be involved in the planning, design, and implementation of tooling, machines, devices, and products for our sister companies within the building sciences.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC machinery, grinders, lathes, and milling machines.
• Take precise measurements and make calculations for manufacturing.
• Develop effective manufacturing plans based on specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Maintain and repair punch and die tooling.
• Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, production, and quality assurance.
• Maintain detailed records of project progression and equipment maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) software and machinery.
• Experience operating grinders, lathes, and milling machines.
• Strong math skills for precise measurements and calculations.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in maintaining and repairing punch and die tooling is a plus.

Experience & Education:

• Hands-on experience in a related field is required.
