Position Overview: The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the efficient operations of our warehouse, including fulfilling orders, receiving, and checking in products, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the standards of the department and company.
  • Print and fill out shipping and international shipment paperwork.
  • Pull, package, and mark orders for various shipping methods including LTL, FedEx, UPS, and customer pickups.
  • Load and unload trucks, vans, and flatbeds.
  • Receive and check-in products and supplies, including incoming transfers.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and product rotation.
  • Maintain a neat and clean warehouse environment.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Make calls to perform customer surveys.
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers.
  • Generate, enter, and email quotes and orders for customers.
  • Initiate product returns and track orders.
  • Communicate effectively with other company locations.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products.
  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with shipping procedures and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation is a must along with being punctual. Steel-toed shoes are required.

Hearing and eye protection are provided by the employer.

Work Schedule: First Shift 8 am -4:30 pm. With opportunity for overtime if needed.
