Business Development Manager - Light Steel Framing
Technical business development. Customer relationships. Project coordination.
A relationship-driven business development role supporting engineered cold-formed steel framing systems, fabrication capabilities, and design support services.
The Role: Business Development Manager - Light Steel Framing
The Steel Network, Inc. (TSN) is seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand our footprint in the market of our engineered cold-formed steel framing systems, fabrication capabilities, and design assist services. This is a relationship-driven role for a professional who combines business development experience with technical knowledge of cold-formed steel framing, engineered building products, fabrication, estimating, or project-based construction sales.
The Business Development Manager develops project and account opportunities, supports customers as a technical resource, and coordinates with internal teams from initial opportunity identification through project completion. The role represents TSN's engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, and customer support capabilities while building long-term account relationships and supporting business growth.
This is a technical business development opportunity with an engineered manufacturing and fabrication organization, not a traditional transactional sales position.
You Are Not Just Taking a Job
At TSN, this role brings together relationship development, technical project support, and cross-functional opportunity management in service of customers and long-term business growth.
We want to say this plainly and without exaggeration: Our commitment to glorify God through our work drives us to invest intentionally in every team member's professional, personal, and intellectual growth - with excellence and purpose. This is not because we promise comfort, but because we intentionally invest in people as whole individuals, honoring the inherent dignity and worth that every person brings to our workplace.
Who We Are and Why We Exist
TSN's leadership strives to honor God through the way we serve employees, customers, and the community. Our culture, leadership, and approach to manufacturing excellence are grounded in the conviction that every person is created in the image of God (Imago Dei) and therefore possesses intrinsic dignity, worth, reason, responsibility, and untapped potential. This belief shapes our commitment to treating every employee, customer, vendor, and community member with respect, humility, integrity, and excellence.
We are unapologetically a People First organization - not as a slogan, but as our operating system.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality, precision-built steel fabrication and manufacturing solutions through a vertically integrated production model while building a culture where people have the opportunity to grow and flourish personally, professionally, intellectually, and, where meaningful to them individually, spiritually, with excellence and joy - all for the glory of God and the good of those we serve.
